Kelley Joyce Holdren (formerly Smith), 48, of Dyer, IN, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
She was the beloved wife of Cliff Holdren III and a devoted mother to Hannah and Isabella Holdren.
Kelley was a cherished daughter of the late James Smith and Carol, and a dedicated sister to Kathy Smith, the late Darcy (Chris) Scandura, Mark (Shawna) Smith, Luke Smith, and the late Matthew (Rebecca) Smith.
She was an adored aunt to Matthew, Tyler, Kiley, Jessica, and Brieana.
Kelley had a successful career overseeing the UCAN program at the University of Chicago Hospital and serving as a chief flight nurse.
She also held the esteemed position of president at the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA).
Her contributions to the field will be deeply missed by many. Visitation will be held at Smits Funeral Home, Dyer, IN, on Monday, Nov 27, 2023, from 3-8 p.m.
